About Me
I have been a Business Studies and Economics teacher since 2009 with the bulk of that time teaching in a selective school that ranks in the top 10 in the state.
I have also been a HSC marker for multiple years, giving me the knowledge as to how to excel in written responses.
Over the years, I have refined my teaching practice and resources to help many students get Band 6s and climb ranks, attaining their desired ATAR. I have also had students recognised as High Achievers in the State (Top 20).

At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic reached Australia and schools had to quickly adapt to online learning. Many Economics students and teachers were under-resourced and distressed so I wanted to contribute a positive response. So I bought a cheap USB mic, took my iPhone camera, limited editing and animation skills, and began creating the YouTube channel and other online resources.
The channel has since grown to cover the whole HSC course and even some Year 11 concepts. There is also a workbook to supplement the channel.
I’ve been told that my strength is my ability to explain concepts in ways that are easy to follow. I have incorporated my teaching style into the videos and accompanying worksheets.
